殘留物的沖刷水洗：內(nèi)鏡及器械手術(shù)完畢后立即卸開可卸部分，清洗槽內(nèi)用流動(dòng)水徹 底清洗，除去血液、黏液等殘留物質(zhì)并擦干;曲卡及各類手術(shù)鉗、剪類器械、關(guān)節(jié)脫卸用軟毛刷子刷洗，高壓水槍沖洗各腔道、導(dǎo)管、管腔等。

酶洗：將擦干后的內(nèi)鏡及器械置于1∶270酶洗液槽中浸泡、浸泡時(shí)間為30min或用超聲清洗機(jī)振動(dòng)清洗5min~10min。

Disinfection and enzyme washing: soak the dried endoscopes and instruments in a 1 ∶ 270 full effect enzyme washing solution tank for 30min or vibrate with an ultrasonic cleaning machine for 5min ~ 10min.

沖洗：經(jīng)全 效酶洗液浸泡后的內(nèi)鏡及器械放沖洗槽中用流動(dòng)水徹 底清洗，有管腔器械在清洗過(guò)程中應(yīng)用高壓水槍噴射沖洗，以去除管道內(nèi)的全 效酶洗液及松脫的污物。清洗拆卸部分的器械時(shí)不但沖洗器械的外表面，器械的軸節(jié)部，彎曲部，管腔內(nèi)也用軟刷子徹 底刷洗，刷洗內(nèi)鏡時(shí)避免劃傷鏡面。

Flushing: endoscopes and instruments soaked in full effect enzyme lotion are put into the flushing tank and thoroughly cleaned with flowing water. Instruments with lumen shall be sprayed and flushed with high-pressure water gun during the cleaning process to remove full effect enzyme lotion and loose dirt in the pipeline. When cleaning the disassembled part of the instrument, not only wash the outer surface of the instrument, the shaft coupling, bending part and lumen of the instrument, but also brush thoroughly with a soft brush to avoid scratching the mirror when brushing the endoscope.

防銹去銹：器械經(jīng)上述處理后，放入配好的1∶7去銹液內(nèi)浸泡，浸泡時(shí)間為10min，浸泡完后用清水沖洗。

Rust prevention and derusting: after the above treatment, the instrument shall be soaked in the prepared 1:7 derusting solution for 10min, and then washed with clean water.

潤(rùn)滑維護(hù)：沖洗后的器械放入1∶15潤(rùn)滑液內(nèi)浸泡，浸泡2min~3min后撈起晾干或燥干即可。

Lubrication maintenance: put the washed instrument into 1:15 lubricating fluid and soak it for 2min ~ 3min, then pick it up and dry it.

在使內(nèi)窺鏡的時(shí)候，勁量采用人士進(jìn)行操作，適當(dāng)?shù)臈l件下可以進(jìn)行相關(guān)人員的培訓(xùn)工作。光纖內(nèi)窺鏡屬于精 密、貴重設(shè)備器械，應(yīng)有專人管理，使用前嚴(yán)格按生產(chǎn)廠家的說(shuō)明書進(jìn)行崗前培訓(xùn)，熟悉其性能、特點(diǎn)、原理、操作規(guī)程、使用及保養(yǎng)方法以減少對(duì)儀器的損壞。
