The main function of gas turbine operation and maintenance is to monitor the working condition of the current gas turbine and find out various faults in time. The endoscope can quickly detect through the inspection hole, which is widely used in power plants and whole machine plants.
工業(yè)內(nèi)窺鏡可用于對(duì)燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)的壓氣機(jī)、燃燒室、透平（渦輪）等部件進(jìn)行非破壞性的目視檢測(cè)。造成燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)葉片和熱通道損壞主要有腐蝕、疲勞、異物撞擊等幾個(gè)方面的原因，因此工業(yè)內(nèi)窺鏡檢查的內(nèi)容主要有以下幾個(gè)方面：
Industrial endoscope can be used for non-destructive visual inspection of gas turbine compressor, combustion chamber, turbine (turbine) and other components. The damage of gas turbine blade and hot channel is mainly caused by corrosion, fatigue, foreign body impact and so on
壓氣機(jī)：葉片斷裂、積灰、腐蝕 、頂部間隙變化、葉片尾緣和靜葉根部銹蝕，以及異物造成的損壞。
Compressor: blade fracture, ash deposition, corrosion, top clearance change, blade trailing edge and static blade root corrosion, and damage caused by foreign matters.
燃燒室：燃燒室與過(guò)渡段的燒穿、燒裂、掉塊、積碳、裂紋、金屬缺損、熱腐蝕、裝配連接狀況。
Combustion chamber: burn through, crack, block falling, carbon deposition, crack, metal defect, hot corrosion, assembly and connection condition of combustion chamber and transition section.
渦輪：腐蝕、堵塞 、裂紋、彎曲變形、凹坑、掉塊、燒蝕、金屬缺損、銹蝕、局部變形、異物撞擊、結(jié)垢和表面涂層狀況。
Turbine: corrosion, blockage, crack, bending deformation, pit, block falling, ablation, metal defect, corrosion, local deformation, foreign body impact, scaling and surface coating condition.
